Your body can change significantly through pregnancy and postpartum. We recommend measuring every 4–6 weeks and using our size guide to find your best fit. Our adaptive construction accommodates a range of fluctuations within each size, designed specifically so you're not constantly buying new bras.
Our nursing bras are designed to support you throughout pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond. We recommend that you avoid purchasing your nursing bras too far in advance, as they typically perform best for 3 months. Additionally, your size is likely to change as you get closer to birth, which may require you to buy a new size.
After feeding on one breast, simply attach the strap closure on the 'A' position (indicating After). The strap shortening will also enable better support for your emptier breast. When it’s time to feed, undo the strap set to ‘B’ (Before) and feed on that side. Remember to switch the first side back to B when you finish so that you're all ready for the next feeding!
We suggest washing your bra after every 2 to 3 wears to maintain support, shape, and hygiene.Fasten the hooks, fold cups into each other, and place straps inside cups to prevent snags. Wash light and dark colors separately.
